Commander Sean Mulrooney, USN (Ret.), is a naval aviator, entrepreneur, and veteran transition advocate with 21 years of leadership experience across high-stakes military environments and operations in 35 countries. Since retiring in 2021, he has worked in defense program management, founded Celtic Anchor Consulting, and serves as a Leadership Advisor at Tribe & Trust. As Chapter Lead of Veterans Beer Club San Diego, he connects veterans with employment, resources, and community while championing military leadership in the civilian workforce.
